Accessing the car park: To enter the car park, you must use the QR code provided in your confirmation email. This QR code will only allow entry to the specific car park you have booked. Access to other car parks is not available using this QR code. For convenience, we recommend saving the QR code to your phone or mobile wallet before you arrive.
Managing your booking: You can amend or cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time, or extend your booking after you’ve entered the car park.
Grace periods: A 2-hour grace period applies to all online bookings parking over 4 hours, a 1-hour grace period applies to all online bookings parking for less than 4 hours.
How pricing works: Online parking rates are calculated on a 24‑hour basis, starting from the time your booking begins.
